Factors such as running technique, footwear choices, muscular weakness, imbalances & reduced joint range of movement can increase mechanical stress & load above levels at which our soft tissues can tolerate, leading to fatigue, reduced performance, eventual breakdown & injury.

At Run Lab Clinics our gait analysis consultation is used to assess, plan & manage individuals looking to improve performance or manage conditions/injury affecting their ability to run. We are able to measure underlying mechanical inefficiencies & target any problematic areas.
